1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree, you must not use the website, create an account, or download any content.

These Terms govern all visitors, registered users, contributors, and customers ("you", "user", "member").

2. Description of Service

ImageRstock.com operates an online digital marketplace where users can:

  • Purchase licenses for digital content (photos, videos, vectors, illustrations, graphics);
  • Upload and sell their own content as Contributors;
  • Access additional features such as portfolios, licensing tools, and payment dashboards.

All digital items are delivered electronically β€” no physical products are shipped.

3. Account Registration

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to register.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • IR reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content available on IR is protected by copyright and related rights.
  • Copyright in uploaded works remains with the Contributor.
  • Purchasers receive limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licenses according to the License Agreement.
  • Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or resale of content is strictly prohibited.

Imagerstock's trademarks, logos, and branding may not be used without written authorization.

5. Licensing

All purchases on Imagerstock are subject to the applicable License Agreement:

  • Standard License – for editorial, web, and marketing use up to 550,000 copies.
  • Extended License – for broader commercial use or merchandise.

By purchasing content, you agree to the corresponding license conditions.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the IR platform or its content to:

  • Create, share, or promote illegal, defamatory, obscene, or hateful materials;
  • Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights;
  • Misrepresent yourself as the creator of the content;
  • Resell or distribute files as standalone items;
  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the platform.

7. Payments and Taxes

  • All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT under EU law.
  • Payment processing is handled through secure third-party gateways.
  • Contributors receive royalties as defined in the Membership Agreement.
  • Imagerstock is not responsible for exchange rate differences or additional bank fees.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Return and Cancellation Policy, which complies with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Digital files are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, except in cases of technical fault or misrepresentation.

9. Data Protection

Imagerstock processes all personal data according to:

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR);
  • Latvian Personal Data Processing Law (Par fizisko personu datu apstrādi).

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All content and services are provided "as is" and "as available."

Imagerstock makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Accuracy or completeness of content descriptions;
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website;
  • Suitability of content for any specific purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Imagerstock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
  • Imagerstock's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user within the last 12 months.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct.

12. Account Termination

Imagerstock may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion if:

  • You violate these Terms or applicable law;
  • Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected;
  • Requested by authorities.

Licenses purchased before termination remain valid.

13. Dispute Resolution

Users should first contact Imagerstock at info@imagerstock.com to resolve any issue.

Imagerstock will respond within 14 calendar days.

If unresolved, consumers residing in the EU may file a complaint through:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Riga, Latvia.

14. Changes to Terms

Imagerstock may modify these Terms from time to time.

Changes become effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
