RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This Return and Cancellation Policy applies to all digital products sold through the Imagerstock.com platform ("we", "our", "us").

1. General Information

By purchasing or downloading digital content from our website, you ("the Customer") agree to this Policy.

All items offered on our platform are digital products, such as photos, illustrations, videos, vectors.

No physical goods are shipped.

2. Nature of Digital Content

Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase or license activation.

Once the content has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered delivered and consumed.

3. No Right of Withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m))

Under EU consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with the consumer's prior consent.

By confirming your purchase and starting the download, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • The download or access to the file begins immediately;
  • You therefore lose your right to withdraw from the purchase contract; and
  • Refunds cannot be issued once the content has been accessed, downloaded, or licensed.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are possible only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • The digital file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and a working replacement cannot be provided;
  • A technical or billing error occurred (e.g., duplicate payment);
  • The product description was materially inaccurate.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the purchase date to info@imagerstock.com, including:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Evidence that the file is unusable

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

5. Cancellations

Because all products on ImageRstock are delivered digitally and made available instantly, orders cannot be canceled once the download link or license is issued.

This Policy complies with:

  • Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights
  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) on data protection
