LICENSING

Each type of content on ImageRstock can be purchased under specific licenses. Licenses determine how and where the content can be used.

All license types are perpetual, global, royalty-free licenses.

To help you easily understand which license you need for your project and choose the right one, we have provided a description of each type of license and also included a comparison table.

Before deciding to purchase content under a particular license, please carefully review their capabilities!

Royalty Free Standard License

Standard perpetual license for content — photos, videos, vectors, illustrations, etc.

What is permitted under a standard license

You can use the content:

• Perpetually (the license is not limited in time).
• In any media—print, web, social media, presentations, videos, etc.
• Up to 550,000 copies/displays in print or broadcast (e.g., packaging, flyers, TV commercials, email marketing, etc.).
• On the internet and social media — no restrictions on views.
• In presentations, films, educational videos, website designs, and other projects where the image is not the main object of sale.
• In the interior of private premises (for example, print and hang a picture at home or in the office).
• Grant access to the file to your employees/contractors if they comply with the license terms.
• Transfer the use of the content to the client if the project is done jointly with you (for example, you are a designer, and the client is the customer of the website where the image is used).

What is prohibited by the standard license

You may not:

• Resell the file itself (photo, video, illustration, etc.) separately.
• Create products for sale where the image is the main value of the product (e.g., posters, T-shirts, mugs, calendars, postcards, etc.).
• Use one file for multiple clients — each client needs their own license.
• Transfer rights to third parties if they are not involved in your project.

Extended License

For all standard images (photos, vectors, illustrations)

With an extended license, you can use the resource in accordance with the terms of the standard license, as well as copy or view it more than 550,000 times. This license allows you to create products (such as mugs or T-shirts) for sale or free distribution, where the resource is the main value of the product. It is prohibited to distribute the resource as a separate file and transfer the license to third parties.

Permitted:

• Use the resource in accordance with all the rights of the standard license.
• Copy or view the resource more than 550,000 times.
• Create and sell goods whose main value is associated with the resource itself (e.g., souvenirs with designs).

Prohibited:

• Distribute the resource as a separate file.
• Transfer the license to other persons.

Editorial License

For editorial use only.

The editorial license allows the content to be used for informational purposes only, such as newspaper articles, news reports, and blogs, but prohibits its commercial use, including advertising and product promotion. When using the content, the integrity of the original must be preserved; only minimal technical changes (e.g., quality correction or cropping) are permitted.

It is mandatory to indicate authorship in accordance with the format provided, for example, "Agency name / author name."

• Permitted: Use in news articles, reports, informational blogs, and other non-commercial media for the purpose of providing information.
• Prohibited: Any commercial use, e.g., in advertising, promotional materials, commercial blogs, or for the promotion of goods, even with an extended license. Such use requires the separate written consent of the copyright holder.
• Restrictions on modifications: Only minor adjustments to improve quality or cropping are permitted, while maintaining the editorial context and integrity of the image.
• Mandatory condition: Each use must include attribution in the format "Agency name / author name" / imagerstock.eu

Enhanced License

This licence is currently inactive on ImageRstock!

For premium (COOL) collections of photos, vectors, illustrations, as well as videos, 3D, and templates.

When using an enhanced license, you can:

• Use the resource with all rights provided under the standard license.
• Copy or view the resource more than 550,000 times.
• Use licensed material for decorating commercial premises.

When using an enhanced license, you will not be able to:

• Distribute individual files.
• Create goods, templates, or other products for resale or distribution where the main value of the product is related to the resource itself. For example, you cannot use the resource to create a poster, T-shirt, or mug if the buyer is only interested in purchasing it because of the resource printed on it.
