FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions about working with the Imagerstock platform.
FOR CUSTOMERS
How to download content from Imagerstock:
The first way is to use the shopping cart. You find the content you need, put it in the cart, and place your order.
The second way is directly from the product card. Click on BUY and complete your order.
All types of content on Imagerstock are licensed, which means that you are essentially purchasing a license to use the content.
What is a single?
A single purchase is a purchase of content that you pay for directly online without setting up a credit plan.
This is the fastest and easiest solution. If you plan to continue purchasing content from us, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with our credit plans β they will make downloading content even faster and more affordable!
How ImageR works:
We help our customers purchase content from authors using our huge archive and convenient search engine, while authors receive compensation for each downloaded work, giving them the opportunity to engage in creative activities and entrusting us with the marketing side of things.
How and where can I use the downloaded content?
You can download content with multiple licenses. A standard license is suitable for most projects.
Under this license, the content can be used without restriction in digital format, and it also allows limited use in print publications, television, outdoor advertising, films, and online videos.
If you need to remove these restrictions, you will need to upgrade to an extended license.
If you need exclusive rights to an image, for example, to use a photo for your brand or logo or for other purposes, please contact us! We can arrange for the purchase of the relevant content from the author.
What are Imagerstock credits?
Credits can be used to purchase any ImageR content, including extended licenses and COOL content.
The price of an image in euros always corresponds to the price in credits. However, when you purchase credits, you always get a discount β the price decreases depending on the amount purchased, so the more credits you buy, the greater the savings, up to 25%.
Credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
In addition to credits, you can also purchase the necessary license by paying for it according to the price list. This payment method is most suitable for one-time purchases.
Why are different image sizes needed?
ImageR images can be downloaded in four main sizes: small, medium, large, and original.
Depending on the proportions of the image, the pixel sizes may vary:
- Small: for use in digital materials on websites and in electronic presentations.
- Medium: can be used in digital format and is suitable for small printed images.
- Large: the size is suitable for most large-format prints, but it is better to reduce it for use in digital format.
- Original: the maximum image size specified by the author is suitable for large-format prints and use in digital format.
If you download images as Single with direct payment or credits, the price for each size varies β the smaller the image size, the cheaper it is. This allows you to avoid overpaying and download exactly the size you need for your specific project.
