Membership Agreement

1. General Terms

1.1. By registering and using the ImagerStock platform, you agree to the terms of this Agreement and undertake to comply with them.

1.2. The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time by notifying of changes on the platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address.

1.3. By continuing to use the platform after the changes take effect, you agree to the new terms.

2. Registration and Account

2.1. To use the platform, you must register by providing accurate and complete information.

2.2. You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities carried out using your account.

2.3. You must immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized access to your account.

2.4. The Company reserves the right to suspend or delete your account at any time if the terms of the Agreement are violated.

3. Platform Usage

3.1. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

3.2. Prohibited:

Posting or sending any illegal, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise unacceptable content.
Using the platform to violate third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
Disrupting or damaging the operation of the platform or servers.
Attempting to access other accounts or systems without permission.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All content available on the platform, including images, texts, design, logos, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

4.2. You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use the content without the Company's written permission.

4.3. By purchasing a license for an image or other content, you obtain the rights to use it in accordance with the specific license.

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1. All payments on the platform are made using the specified payment methods.

5.2. Prices may change, and the Company will inform about changes on the platform.

5.3. Refunds are made in accordance with the Company's refund policy.

5.4. If a payment is unsuccessful, the Company may restrict access to certain services.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1. The Company undertakes to protect your personal data in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

6.2. By registering, you agree that the Company processes your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6.3. The Company may use your data to improve services, send informational notifications, and conduct analysis.

7. Liability

7.1. The Company is not liable for any losses resulting from the use of the platform.

7.2. The Company does not provide guarantees that the platform will operate without interruptions or errors.

7.3. The Company's maximum liability will not exceed the amount you have paid for services in the last 12 months.

8. Termination of Agreement

8.1. You may terminate the Agreement at any time by closing your account.

8.2. The Company may terminate the Agreement if you violate its terms.

8.3. After termination of the Agreement, you will no longer have access to your account and its content.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. All disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through negotiations.

9.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it will be referred to the court of the Republic of Latvia.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. This Agreement is binding on you and the Company and may not be transferred to third parties without written permission.

10.2. If any provision of the Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

10.3. The Agreement comes into force from the moment you register on the platform.
